Very disappointed in product Very disappointed in product. Thought I was getting a larger airplane. The airplane I got was about 1 1/2 Inches big. Shipping was very long. Did not know this company was in Europe or I would not have bought it.

Inconsistent customer service following the loss of my parcel ordered on December 12. Terse emails with no explanation of how to replace the order or even refund it. No contact number. Today is 040121I have no news of my €70 which has gone up in smoke. The children are still waiting for their presents.

Not a US company First of all you passed yourselves as a US based company. My items have yet to arrive since it's actually coming from France. When you first updated the shipping, you said it would arrive day after Xmas.

I placed an order on December 15 for paints and a paint-tool kit. To date, on January 4, my order has still not been dispatched. They justified this by saying that the kit in question was no longer in stock, even though it was available when I placed my order. What's more, I paid for a more expensive Colissimo delivery, only to receive nothing. So I cancelled my order and am waiting for a refund. Regarding the models, I find it shameful that, given the price of some of them (Titanic 03719 model at over 400 euros), neither paint nor tools are supplied. What's more, the prices on the site are unjustified. The same Titanic model at 340 euros on Amazon with delivery.
