Bought wooden puzzle on 1712 with guaranteed delivery for 2412 Maxi and therefore the assurance of having a gift for Christmas for my son. Delivered by parcel relay on..2812. So no gift for Christmas. Battle to get someone on the phone ( 2312 ) only to tell me that it's not their fault it's Chronopost. Insisting that it should normally be delivered on time, I wait in vain.
