Very satisfied with the first rate... Very satisfied with the first rate quality of my purchases which were mostly detail kits for the Tamiya P-38 I'm building. These pieces really enhance the kit building. I'm in the United States so I have to anticipate the shipping times, but I know that up front. an order shipped 3 weeks after purchase even though the products were not out of stock! The result was a birthday present that arrived after the due date... I called after-sales 3 times, only to be told each time that it would be shipped the next day... the next day from when? next week? What nonsense! No apology or commercial gesture on their part!
