Hello, first successful experience. A few comments on the stability of the site (I very often lost my basket while browsing elsewhere on the site). In my opinion, the search engine could be improved. It is also possible to write a note to the recipient (gift). The packages were well wrapped, but no note. A bit disappointing.

I placed an order on November 7th. On the 14th I received an email saying that my order had been dispatched via Colissimo. Today is the 25th and I still haven't received anything. The Colissimo website indicates that my order is being prepared by the sender or is being handled by them. Admittedly delivery times can be longer at the moment, but still ...
