This site is from France. They are lowlife theiving criminals who take your money and then don't deliver the product. First the order was ""supposedly"" shipped to another address in another state. Second they reshipped only part of my order to me. THIRD AND THIS IS IMPORTANT IT TOOK 3 MONTHS TO GET A REFUND OF MY MONEY. I HAD TO HOUND THEM TO GET IT. THEY HOPE TO WEAR YOU OUT. SCUMBAGS

I was not pleased with the information about shipping. I received one email that stated delivery would be 27 Oct the package was delivered 2 Nov. The tracking number was not traceable and 4 emails to you went unanswered. I feel lucky I got my product. Mark Shupe

Good morning. the arrival of the package was faster than I expected. The packaging and conservation of the boat was perfect. The doubts that I expressed I could solve before your reply. I still thank you for not leaving me alone. On the other hand, I have not received satisfaction about the failure of the rudder servo, which had a broken cable. I do not rule out that it was my fault when I unpacked it but if I had not found it in a craft store that brought me home a similar model and repaired the original I do not know what I would have done. Happily I was able to enjoy the assembly and sailing this weekend.
