Order placed on 19022019 was shipped on 2602 as there is a product with availability 5-7 days. The 15032019 still has not received the order contact with customer service tell me that sometimes they get lost and do not know where the order is that if in a few days I do not receive it call back. I have not long started purchasing products from this company. So far I have not been disappointed . Products arrived in good condition and delivered when they said it would. Prices very competitive. If I have any criticism to make it is this. They sent me an E mail in French which I did not understand. When I explained that I did not speak French. I asked twice to be sent in English. But still sent in French. I hope this will be rectified in the future. I will order more products soon and see what happens.
