I took a while to receive my order but I finally got it. Effective customer service. I already made a purchase during Christmas 2024 that did not arrive at the pickup point, I filed a complaint and I was refunded the amount paid. This time I wanted to give the service another chance and although it took a while to receive the order, I was informed of the delay at all times and I finally received it, so I don't give 5 stars for the delay but for everything else it was very good, product in good condition and as described.

The plans for my model of the Santa Maria at 1/500 scale from Mantua were 35 years old and very damaged. I found with you an exact reproduction of these plans which are precious to me for continuing the rigging of this model. Great!
