The site was easy to use, until I got to the credit card details, with the on-line form being entirely in French. I did figure it out but was then informed there was a problem with my payment. I tried the helpline, but the recorded message was also in French, which I couldn't understand. I sent an E-mail, to which I did get an English reply. The delivery took about 2 weeks, which I thought was a bit lengthy. I would definitely use them again, however.
