In June 2016 I purchased a set of colors I paid they sent me the invoice but to date I still have not received anything and we are at 06072016. In an email they wrote me that they had shipped to DHL courier but contacted the courier I was told that they never received the package. Unacceptable and thieving behavior.

Site with quite a lot of choice but 2 weeks late for material in stock and supposedly delivered in 7 days ...and it hasn't left their premises yet....and no return mail...Last purchase that's for sure. On the other hand, they're quick to cash in and quick to register the requested refund on their site...We'll have to see how long it takes, though.

Am working with former landlord to try & track down where the package ended up. Not really a critisism of 1001 modelkits, as much as DSL, who could of done a better job checking who was signing for the package
