Great, except... Though there was a bit of a delay between when I ordered and when my item shipped, once it was on its way, it got from France to California in under 2 days. I didn't like how the shipper (DHL) sent me updates saying a signature MAY be required. Either it is or it isn't, and I made arrangements to be here when delivery was promised, only to have it show up the next day when I was at work, necessitating my having to pick up my package from the post office. Otherwise my item was perfect, securely packed.

We have not yet received the purchase and it has been more than 15 days so I will not be able to make the evaluation until we receive the delivery if it arrives. I'm only sorry that my bank balance wouldn't allow me to buy all the kits I wished for. There is a great selection of current as well as some rarer kits available. There seemed to be a slight delay in the despatch processs which I put down to the item being delivered from another site within the company. I made 2 orders in the first one after waiting more than a month they tell me that there are 2 products that they do not have and that they send me the order without those products giving me vouchers for the value of those products thus forcing me to repeat the bad experience of buying them again to redeem those vouchers.in my second experience after waiting more than a month again they do the same thing again there is a product that they do not have and they want to give me another voucher.a shame.

ANSWER: I have checked as you ask me to do on your website and on it you specify "" the package will be delivered 7 to 9 days after receipt of the "". Now what you could do is verify that my payment was made on the 5th ( invoice #072471 201645) and not the 15th and I received it on the 22nd that is 14 business days and 18 calendar days NOT 7 and NOT 9 something that also has nothing to do with receiving it with broken parts because of the lousy packaging and which you have not mentioned anything about. What is unfair is to give bad service and not admit it to improve it. Gr
