The first impression is that you never feel like you're dealing with a machine, which is a good thing. That would be a great help, not to mention an additional selling point. I regret that the list of paints, glues, etc. required for each model is not included in the description, so that I can order exactly the accessories I need at the same time as the model. This may be an improvement for the future. The dimensions of the model once assembled are not very clearly indicated - the table accessible via a link is very helpful.
