I was thinking rating 3 stars, for no keep client informed. I receive package first and mail status 1 day after. If merchandise not in stock at Arkansas, they must informed client about order in progress from 1001maquettes.fr Do i order again, yes i'll do, was new experience.

The site is pleasant to visit, the product range is abundant and very often the prices are among the lowest on the market. Communication with sales staff is good. A small error concerning delivery times: items shown as being in stock on the site require a few days before dispatch (order relayed to the supplier). Shipping is therefore not immediate, even though the order appears to be processed. That said, a very conclusive first experience

In terms of communication and speed of delivery, nothing to complain about. The only drawback is that, despite the rigid cardboard packaging, the box containing my model arrived dented and therefore damaged at two corners, which is a bit messy for a gift. The fault lies more with the carrier than with the merchant site, but it would be a good idea to think about stronger packaging.

Great service from across the Atlantic! 1001 model kits really came through for me on some decals I had been searching for. The communication was great, and even though it took a little time to get the decals I was full aware of what was going on. The service was as good as the communication, and when the order was shipped it arrived quickly and in great order. I will shop there again. Brandon
