well packaged and arrived quickly so much cheaper than everywhere else

Order entirely composed of products mentioned as 'shipped in 24h' and actually shipped 6 days later. The bottles of varnish were placed loosely in the model box and could hit the elements of the model during transport. Sending an email on day 5 of the order. Simple response to tell me that it is being prepared and that I will be notified. No explanation or apologies.

This delay is due to an exceptional problem with the PREMIUM AIRBRUSH 62061 WHITE PRIMER product, which was temporarily unavailable in our warehouse. Our teams had to conduct searches to locate it before being able to prepare and ship your order.

Always super OK to order from 1001hobbies. The only part which I am not particularly happy with is the delivery times which are quite long; if I order from AK Interactive (Spain) it usually arrives before the 1001hobbies (France) but it's not the end of the world so all in all 5 stars

In a room, I gave a bad opinion because I couldn't locate my order, however, it has been resolved. They should be more attentive to the delivery system because they can mark the address as incorrect even if it is correct and generate the loss of the package
