Hello, following the partially received order, I am disappointed with the customer service. I can understand that a reorganization is underway for several weeks, but please try to provide a response within 7 days, especially when it concerns an issue of usage of a voucher or partner code. And regarding the fact that there is no minimum commercial gesture on shipping costs when a delivery cannot be honored for a product that was available at the time of purchase and later went out of stock. You will understand my words as any merchant would. I hope to receive a response in the coming days. Best regards.

My order was delivered too late, also the item was in stock but was delivered weeks later. I had to pay shipping costs and it was not delivered to my home, I had to pick it up at the pickup point. I don't think it should be like this.

Impeccable! I had an issue and a delay with my order but the service corrected it for me and everything went well. Their service is reorganizing and I had to contact them via the assistance on the site. Very reasonable prices, fast shipping but a bit damaged upon arrival (one corner was damaged).

The products are in accordance with the order. I still note a downside regarding the fact of putting a price label on the product description and the color, we then have difficulty knowing what the shade is. However, I am not satisfied with the delivery, not at the chosen pickup point and therefore delayed by more than 24 hours.

Order shipped with a week delay, error in the products and no response from customer service.

The paints came with warning stickers over the original stickers. This makes it impossible to see what the colour is. If you have to put the warning sticker on, can you put it so it doesn't cover the name of the paint?

Bad product delivered! Support worthless, cannot be reached by phone so you have to request online support via ticket. Then you hear nothing more! Waiting for 2 weeks...

Pleasant site and quite complete range of products. However, the delivery times are very long...

Good although it took a long time to come

Do not order from this site, customer service non-existent, I have been waiting for almost a year for orders that were available at the time of the order.

zero communication !! I received my package with the wrong parts and after several attempts to claim, no response, it seems there is no one !!

it couldn't have been a bigger disaster! on december the 5th i ordered two toys for christmas. after i got the information that currently they were not available, i canceled the order on december 15th, asking for my money back. i wrote several e-mails over the following weeks, all of them were completely ignored. the credit card company managed to get my money back. and suddenly in february, 1001 hobbies sent me the toys, as if nothing had happened. i didn't accept the package. it is on its way back now. so customer service at 1001 hobbies isn't just bad, it simply does not exist. i highly recommend not buying from them.

This companies customer service is an absolute joke. They couldn't accurately track the packed and took forever for the package to arrive. Stay away from them.

A bit long delay (almost 5 weeks)

I only received part of the order, but the order appears to be fully fulfilled. I have repeatedly tried to contact customer service but after 15 days I still have not received any feedback. Terrible experience.

Incomplete order arrived very late despite the indication of products in stock. One of the Raphael brushes was replaced by a cheap version... I will not return to this.

Fast and without problems

First/large choice

Really not professional. Very bad experience, in short, I do not recommend.

No, I had to wait longer than planned, and on top of that, the processing of my product was not good.

Worst experience of my life! Many emails sent cancelling order no response for weeks. Ignoring my request to cancel and sending out anyway! I refused delivery.....no refund as yet....and expect I won't get one!

I had problems with the shipping, some products did not arrive. I wrote to customer service but never received a response. Terrible experience, I will never buy from them again!

Simple, Big semi-pro thieves or individuals who respond, efficiency and customer satisfaction are not their problem. My community and I will not order anything from them anymore. Avoid at 2000%. They are just waiting for your poor euros.

I received a product that was not the desired one, I have discounted it and I still have not received the refund.

I ordered 2 of the same Figure and I only recieved 1 of my 2 Orders/Figures.

Good customer service and fast delivery

-I have been using 1001h for quite some time, the only complaint I could make is the irregularity of the respect of the deadlines compared to those indicated on the site at the time of ordering, in this specific case deadlines of one to two weeks seem reasonable to me but it would be desirable to extend these deadlines knowing that they cannot be met

I have already filed a complaint on your site - which went unanswered, so I will reiterate the points: 1) I ordered two boxes: an Airfix Mustang P51D 1:24 and a 'Male' MKI tank - I only received the Mustang 2) The box of the Mustang is in poor condition - crushed - but it is impossible here to send you the photos attached to my complaint again. (I can resend them to you!) My rating is actually ZERO stars, given not only your lamentable service but also your complete lack of responsiveness - receiving a request for feedback even before any reaction to my complaint made just an hour after receiving the package is ridiculous. I am eagerly awaiting a response from you.
