Nice material. Too bad about the longer delivery time but I was kept well informed of activities.

Delivery took 4 weeks and one item has still not been delivered.

Good shipping process information

Great website and easy ordering process with updates on your order. Quick delivery considering it came from France. The only slight negative is that I would have liked better packing for my models, they were rattling around in the box with one piece of packing paper. But I would definitely use again and recommend to all.

No problems with the order or delivery, but the €2.50 gift wrapping is deplorable, made in spite of common sense and gift wrap too short!

A first shipment by Mondial Relais had problems, and I had to ask for a second shipment by another courier, which went very well. 1001hobbies is not directly responsible, but it cost them a star in my judgement.

Price was excellent would use them again, communication was again first class but UPS damaged the box I would recommend better packing or a better courier

Good choice of models to choose from.

They sent the wrong thing with the sticker for the correct thing on the box and now say they sent the correct item.

Purchase and delivery was good. The model LCT moulding and instructions were very poor considering the price.but I think I should have been better warned about the import duty of £43 pounds it was not any where near this total cost of over £200 for a poor quality item.1001hobbies could do more to forewarn us I’m in 80s and not used to import duty charges especially when buying from what seemed to be a UK company. I feel I been had .

Many items are not in stock. The delivery times indicated on the site are optimistic, as I have experienced 3 times. These times should be readjusted according to actual average times.

Very fast delivery despite the risk of delay. Miraculously arrived in good condition as the item was bouncing around in a MUCH TOO BIG box. Satisfied with my order but packaging to be improved!

Contrary to what some people say online, this is a real store, in Paris. As I like France a lot, I overlook the fact that I had to wait a long time for the goods to arrive. The fact is, an item was offered that was no longer in stock, but the fact is also that 1001hobbies took care of a subsequent delivery...

Very bad because they are supposed to have delivered the package to someone other than me.

I paid $45.99 extra for express shipping to make sure the order arrived before I left the address I was at at the time. When I remembered to check, 1001hobbies never sent it. I emailed to cancel the order because I would not be at that address by the time it would arrive - in fact I would be out of the country, but instead of cancelling the order, they happily announced that they just sent it. I complained again after it arrived, explaining again the situation and saying now I have bother a friend and pay international shipping if I want it order. I also said I would never order from them again. So 1001hobbies replied offering me free shipping on my next order! So just a play to get more money out of me instead of compensating me for my extra expenses. Very unpleasant experience and I do not at all recommend this company.

Be careful to use packaging that matches the contents. An airplane wing is light, so the cardboard is thin, BUT fragile !!!!! The cardboard was split 15 cm down the middle ..... Miraculously, the wing was in a very thin but intact plastic film. A stroke of luck.
