I had chosen in-store delivery and I received all the delivery tracking emails to the store as if I was going to receive the order myself. As a result, I wasn't sure whether my delivery choice had actually been registered. But it was, and I was able to collect my parcel as planned. I thought that if I chose in-store delivery, I'd be able to get to know the staff and get some extra advice, but unfortunately they seemed very busy and just handed me my parcel as they would at any other delivery point. Too bad

I bought 8 boxes, they sent me only 2, after many exchanges by email (because impossible to reach them by phone). And I'm still waiting for a refund for the boxes that weren't delivered...
