I canceled and revoked my order by email on the same day as there was no option to do so online. Then I was informed that my parcel was being prepared for dispatch. I called the hotline and ended up in France. Then I thought everything was sorted. In the evening I received a message from DHL that my shipment had been announced electronically. Another email. There was no reply via Paypal either. Perhaps I can find out here whether I should refuse to accept the parcel or accept it first and then send it back (30-day right of return). Communication is a catastrophe and there have been no replies to my many emails and inquiries.

German language site suggests that delivery comes from Germany (my personal perception) but comes from France and takes too long in my opinion. You are asked if you want to be contacted about the complaint, you say NO and are contacted anyway. One star is far too much in my opinion. Not recommended!
