Bravo for the packaging of each paint container. Careful delivery

Delivery on time. Concerning the contents, the Revell model paints are of very good quality, but the Heller paints are of poor quality (several pots are almost identical).

I bought from you two items one arrived to me completely wrong the other after 20 days still has not arrived I have sent multiple emails to the French and Italian site with headquarters in Milan and Italian phone number to which they answer only in French or English which is absurd I have also tried to communicate in the Facebook page to no avail because the page is not active you are a bunch of scammers but do not worry I for €80 I do not become poor I will report to the competent police force your unserious position and I repeat of scammers shame on you God damn you....

The packaging leaves a little to be desired. The boxes were a little crushed. Not very annoying for my order of 172nd figurines, but could be for other models.

I am still waiting for them to give me a solution so that I can return the wrong order I have sent a lot of emails and phoned and no one has given me a solution.

The delivery is not complete. The decals have not been delivered. The delivery is marked as fully delivered in the system. Annoying because it was a first order. Will there be a subsequent delivery? Or will I be stuck with the difference? Greetings

Web catalog very complete in model airplanes. Easy to manage orders and very simple payment. The delivery time of the purchase should be improved. The delivery information is very good and allows you to know the exact time of delivery.

Not only do they not meet the delivery time indicated at the time of purchase, but when asked for information about it, the information they give is not truthful. The delivery time is part of the shopping experience and the commitment of the store giving a bad image to the consumer. I will think a lot about buying from 1001 maque again.

I liked the wide catalog of model cars 1:18 very fast deliveries and in excellent condition everything I received in perfect condition I regret that in the section ""showcases"" there is no more stock.

If it were not for the fact that too much time passes between purchase and receipt of the package I would give them 5 stars. On items that are offered to be delivered in 4-6 days it really takes 10-12 days. Despite this I am very pleased with the overall performance and highly recommend it.

Shipping is a fair cost to where the product is being sent from, and arrives in a timely manner. One suggestion/recommendation for the site and/or model builder is look at the instructions, prior to ordering your model to make sure you have all the correct paints, glue, transfer softeners, etc. etc. which the instructions typically list. I've had to make several orders for materials, as working into the model I did not realize I needed. An amateur issue, not to be repeated? Probably, but the cost of the shipping certainly makes me pause for the next model purchase to be made to ensure that all the materials needed are purchased.

well I made a mistake when ordering wanted the english copy of blackstone fortress escalation clicked on the french version. I sent an email requesting that they change my order to the english version. They responded that they made the change. And when it finely came came it was the french version. :-( Partly my fault part customer service
