Incomplete model (cockpit missing, several parts missing, instructions etc...) and you're led astray, told that the information will be passed on to the supplier????? Hello I give this notice for two reasons bad packaging the tube of glue twisted it was in bulk!!! more I made a payment error (I made twice the same order. I immediately sent an error message and they didn't take it into account. On the other hand, I received both orders in a single package????. Impossible to get them on the phone. They're very good at taking money, but to refund me 19euros 50 you have to wait 3 weeks. So I don't recommend this site You won 30 euros lost one

I place an order I pay and after a few days they tell me it is no longer available. They don't refund me but pretend to give me a shopping voucher that I honestly don't need. I try to use the voucher to not lose the money but it doesn't work. I ask customer service for explanation with several emails but no response. Very cleverly they stole my money. Avoid writing me now that I will be contacted by customer service with an automated message because no one believes it.

Order placed on 04122020...and still nothing received... And no news!!! Initial order misplaced during delivery. The store sent me the order again on 2412.... After several reminders I'm told it will be shipped the week of 2701.... And silence... Nothing. Doubts about tracking.... My son has been waiting 2 months for his Christmas present.

six weeks and waiting... Ordered a model for Christmas - It's nearly February and nothing. The Hermes tracking number says 'awaiting dispatch' and the 1001 website says 'on its way'. Have twice tried to cancel the order but nothing so have raised a disputed transaction with my Bank - regretting getting sucked in by their low price and should have realised when the payment went to an overseas company. I would advise extreme caution dealing with this company.

Zeer ontevreden Zeer ontevreden! Een artikel besteld op 06/12/2020 en tot op heden nog steeds niet ontvangen. Na herhaaldelijk contact, doen ze me verschillende 'aanbiedingen': 5% korting op volgende aankoop, een credietnota, terugzenden van artikel (!). Terwijl de wettelijke levertermijn van 30 dagen ruimschoots is overtreden en ik dus recht heb om de verkoopsovereenkomst ongedaan te maken en ze mijn geld terug moeten storten!
