Further to my order of 412 I have just had a message this morning of 2412 informing me that my parcel had just been dispatched. It will be delivered perhaps on 2912??? So thank you 1001 Hobbies because I don't have my Christmas presents !!!!! And yet when I ordered, you told me that my order would be delivered on 912. I am very very disappointed and scandalized by your lack of seriousness and responsiveness. In this story, the most penalized are my children, but it's not your problem, it's mine.

Order was supposed to be delivered on December 19th, it's now the 24th and I still haven't received anything !!!! it was a Christmas present

The company met the delivery time by updating the various stages of shipment

Everything was done correctly using website. The only complaints if you want to call them that is that the phone support was only in English (and so to avoid mistakes I did it myself using the site) and secondly the whole COBI catalog was not available (the selection was wide anyway) and some things I was looking for were not there... we will try again maybe later. Ordered products and didn���t get a confirmation email just an email taking my payment. Researched website and it came up as a scam site, so sent an email cancelling my order and informing them that payment had been stopped. The next day received endless emails telling me couldn���t cancel my order etc etc. I did however receive delivery of the items however the boxes were damaged and looked like they had been opened and indeed sent out and returned before! All of the models had been removed from their spines and were just rolling around in the packaging. Not impressed and would never use these people again and would advise people to stay away from them. Especially as they are not the cheapest peo

Hello Ordered received after 24 days shame and say buy local packaged in a simple envelope no protection 3 times too large products this ballade at least in Asia packaging adapted and very fast 8 10 days the 24 days Paris Villiers-sur-Marne... Difficult to give such an opinion but in the absence of delivery from the S° in charge (BPost) I can not give another opinion. I order and pay for a home delivery and BPost doesn't come to deliver and keeps the parcel in an agency located 1 hour from my home. Sorry for the shipper who made the wrong choice of prestata.

Order not received I ordered a model kit on the 2nd December intended as a Christmas gift. The order arrived but contained a piece of heatproof glass with nothing else, certainly no model kit and not even a delivery note. I contacted customer service and 3 days later I received a response asking for photos of what I had received. I sent photos and another 4 days before I received a response advising the photos can't be opened and wishing me a happy Christmas season. I have resent the photos and received no response. I followed up with another email and almost a week later I have had no response. I paid over £50 for the kit and just want a refund now. I would not order again from this company. Mistakes happen but it's now two weeks ago since I reported the issue and I am not confident my money will be refunded.

Bad shipping time cost of delivery represents specail courier rate but actual shipping time is longer than air post parcel.

On the service I have nothing to say payment online without problems Confirmation mail was well received as well as the shipment The only thing was that the box (article) was a little damaged around the edges it seemed as if it had been squeezed between other boxes If it had been open this would have been a reason for return since this is intended as a gift Greetings Amelie

I placed an order on 31220 On 41220 the money was already withdrawn from my account Today on 231220 I still have not received my order I have already sent about 4 mails and still get the answer that the package is being sent I do not know how long I have to wait for the Christmas present for my grandson! The goods are great. The delivery was also in the green zone.

I placed an order on December 7 and the site gave 2-5 days as shipping time. After a week has passed I write to customer service and they tell me that the products had just arrived in their warehouse and they would be shipping shortly. The shipment is not made and after several emails I see that the order status changes from ""in processing"" to ""package in preparation"". It has been in preparation for days now. This was a Christmas present that now can never arrive in time. What a disappointment.

It was just a pity that the models you didn't have in stock weren't indicated. So it took almost a month from the order (November 17) to payment by credit card and delivery... in mid-December... But you have some interesting models. In any case, I can recommend your brand without hesitation.

Hello. Very poor quality Breguet 2 Ponts model with lots of black fingerprints and lack of material on some parts. Very disappointed considering the cost compared to current models. Assembly instructions are poor. I don't recommend this model and this technology, which makes it necessary to plane all the parts.

Product in stock at time of order 15 days later it becomes unavailable... I asked for a refund and immediately went to the store to buy an RC car, fearing I wouldn't have it for December 25. The next day I was told that there had been a computer problem and that my parcel had just been sent... I now find myself with 2 RC cars... Thank you 1001 maqu

Slow, inefficient and embarrassing service. Almost a month waiting for news of my order and they only contacted me when I opened the lawsuit on PayPal! In the meantime the package had not even been prepared. They charge you the money instantly and you have to wait at least 14 days to get it back. It is a store unable to cope with the demand both for lack of stock and inoperability when it comes to managing orders. I do not recommend it and I invite any potential buyer to look at any other store before buying from them.

Let's remember: I placed an order on November 4. On November 25 it is pre-registered at the post office pending to be taken to the post office for delivery. She asks me if I want to reorder and I say yes. That same afternoon I receive an email that says "Reference number: COBI-21076 is not available so I have generated a credit note of 1999 euros valid for 1 year and usable once". Annoyed by the non-return of the money and for acting for the second time in the future and to run with shipping costs and to suffer again all this bad experience I answer with another mail in which I ask for the return of the 1999 euros or to change it for another article of the same value. On December 10 I receive another email confirming that the new order has been modified with the new article. On December 15 I send another email due to the lack of news and with the loss of confidence in the good work of this company whose website says "shipping between 5-7 days" to complain about the delay and "hurry". In the order history I see that only one item out of six that I ordered is in stock and the rest is "in process". On December 22 I receive this email: "You have ordered products with a long lead time as indicated on the product pages and in your basket summary of the""Ships in 2 to 4 weeks". We have estimated the delivery of your package between January 7th and 8th. Thank you for your understanding. See you soon." In other words, I place an order on NOVEMBER 4th to be delivered the following week approximately, and on December 22nd they lie to me with the "2 to 4 weeks" that now appears on their website to justify I suppose their nefarious management of orders. And I can no longer see the history of my orders. Well, it seems that I have to be annoyed. I totally discourage the purchase with this company as any other will surely do much better. I got carried away by some positive opinions and everyone gives their opinion as they see fit, but it's like playing Russian roulette and in that game there is nothing good to win. I placed an order and it was delayed because of a product that they did not have in stock, it would be interesting to know this before shipment to be able to decide whether to wait for that product or prefer to receive the rest of the products to you.
