DON'T BUY FROM THEM!! This site is from France. They are lowlife theiving criminals who take your money and then don't deliver the product. First, the order was ""supposedly"" shipped to another address in another state. Second, they reshipped only part of my order to me. Delivery issues I was not pleased with the information about shipping. I received one email that stated delivery would be 27 Oct, the package was delivered 2 Nov. The tracking number was not traceable and 4 emails to you went unanswered. I feel lucky I got my product. Mark Shupe

Good morning. the arrival of the package was faster than I expected. The packaging and conservation of the boat was perfect. The doubts that I expressed I could solve before your reply. I still thank you for not leaving me alone. On the other hand, I have not received satisfaction about the failure of the rudder servo, which had a broken cable. I do not rule out that it was my fault when I unpacked it but if I had not found it in a craft store that brought me home a similar model and repaired the original I do not know what I would have done. Happily I was able to enjoy the assembly and sailing this weekend.

Paid but no order was created. After 2 weeks requested for order to be made. Promised delivery time was 2-4 days. Got it in more than a weeks time ... from France and not DE.

I ordered 2 books from there which were both shown as available. The order then stated that one of the two was backordered, which then took more than 14 days. However, when I asked by e-mail, I quickly received a polite and competent reply that my order would be delivered within the next week, which it was. In the meantime, the book in question was still listed as ""Available"". However, as the book was no longer available anywhere else, the whole thing is still acceptable for me, only the delivery times could be better managed.

You can judge for yourself: an order placed on October 13 was first indicated on my computer as being in restocking, even though the site showed the product to be available, and it still hadn't been delivered on the 30th (a long way from the six working days announced!), so I decided to call your Services. The model I chose in the wooden model section ended up being a plastic model of a kinder for adults. Moreover I received the order after more than three weeks ..... too bad for my father's birthday ... big big disappointment

First the order was not processed then I had to file several complaints and when I threatened to take legal action my request for processing was heard. Not recommended SUGGESTION: THE REMOTE CONTROL IS MISSING FROM THE FLYER!!! ACCORDING TO THE DESCRIPTION THIS IS PART OF THE PACKAGE! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE MINUS STARS. With reference to the impertinent response to my review, I would like to comment because my case was only processed when I contacted trustpilot. Nobody was able to help me for more than 8 days. I was always sent a message in bad German in which I had to keep telling them exactly what the problem was.

I ordered Scary Terry with the sword hands and got a completely different Scary Terry. I just hope that Krombobulus Michael's leg matches the color later. The store has a super rich selection of interesting models! I have therefore already ordered at the beginning of Oct. The delivery took 25 weeks which was very long from my point of view Problem was that a color was not available and I only got a clarification on request otherwise Incheons would still be waiting for the order today!

I got the model kit I ordered in a reasonable period of time considering that it was shipped from France and delivered to me in California. It arrived in good condition with no broken parts. It is good to know that there is a place to get model kits at a good price which may not be readily available or not available at all from other sources.
