Too long ...

Order BECJBVTHY well received. NO NEWS of the order ISCFXVVES from 25/07 despite my follow-ups. I have been reaching the answering machine for 2 weeks. What is your new address?

very disappointed ordered a 4CV at 1/18 received at 1/43 from a brand Odeon unknown to collectors not ready to order from them again tel 0677458439

Incomplete package. I am missing 2 items and it is impossible to reach customer service. They told me that these items are now unavailable, and that they might be able to get 1 out of 2, and that in order to have them, I had to call them back in 15 days. Since then, I have never been able to reach a person on the phone and I have received no email response.

I canceled the order after 6 months of waiting. They sent me the package. It's useless

After 10 months of waiting, I will not buy anything from them again and I will say that no one I know should buy from them.

I ordered on the site and wanted to cancel before the order was shipped, I tried to contact customer service by phone or email dozens of times without ever receiving a response. I received the order, I want to return it but in the absence of contact it's very complicated, I chose this French site hoping for simplified communication, but we are far from that.

I haven't received everything....

It's a shame that the time required for preparation and shipping was so long ...

Not qualitative, had to follow up several times with customer service to get my delivery. Complicated experience despite a very responsive customer service though.

I had already ordered from this site and I was very satisfied, but this time I ordered on July 17 and I only received my order on September 16. I understood that one of my items was not available and that they had to reorder it, but it still takes a long time to wait. When I tried to call customer service, I couldn't reach them for three days in a row... I'm hesitant to order again now. Too bad

I waited 5 months for my order

1001 Hobbies had committed to deliver to me, with this order, 3 missing products from a previous order. This has not been done.

Pre-order January 2025 still not delivered. Discount on order delivered Saturday (products in stock) after a long delay and a pathetic chronopost delivery. 1001 Hobbies finished. I will go to the store.

The order arrived perfectly and true to the image, although it took a little while to arrive. It was worth it.

I still have not received my order, one item is missing and you shipped the same, how embarrassing you are.

Correct products, although a bit pricey...

Chronopost delivery 24h for delivery Saturday, September 6.......received on Wednesday, 10.... Paid for 24h delivery for.....120 h. Thank you 1001hobbies. Ah, does not respond to messages or phone calls...... "due to a high number of calls.....etc, etc". No wonder. The nephew did not receive his birthday gift on Sunday. Cool

Order validated on July 24 - supposed to be delivered after a supply delay of 2 weeks - After my request, part of it was sent to me more than a month later, and I am still waiting for the rest - Unsatisfied!!! 1 star for not being able to give none (0).

The model I ordered is quite good, unfortunately the elements that are glued on do not detach, I am frankly disappointed with the purchase.

Absolute impudence! Package not sent for 2 months. After inquiry, it was simply sent incomplete without asking or informing me. The money for the missing items was sent to me as a voucher via email after I had to contact them. Fraudulent website, stay away!!

The model kit is not worth its price. I would like to return it and am waiting for the return label.

Order perfectly fine, well packaged and complete. Your order ultimately comes from France to the Netherlands, so the package takes quite a long time to arrive. The progress of the order can be easily tracked via email and the site.

Long delay, inadequate packaging (unprotected glass bottle) sealed with commercial brown tape, by the way someone opened the package and resealed it with an easy-to-find piece (nothing was missing)

delivered 2 months later!! Customer service never responds

Honestly not great, it was my second order (07/24/2025), knowing that the first one was already late, with two gunpla models, they are marked "in stock shipped within 1 week" both. After 2 and a half weeks, the site tells me that the supplier is delayed and that my order will be processed as soon as possible BUT I had to call on 08/21/2025 (yes almost a month) to get someone to fix the issue because for her, there was no problem, the two gunpla had been in stock for a while... strangely the next day my order was at the pickup point... At least customer service answers promptly on the phone. I took the risk of ordering from you again, should I expect the worst or the best? cruel dilemma
