Placed an order with 1001 Maquettes in France on April 20th. By MAY 26th no word no nothing so I wrote saying I no longer needed the item asking to cancel and refund. ON the 27th they write back asking if I really mean it. I reply on the 27th yes cancel and refund. I get a reply TODAY May 29th that they are so sorry but the item was supposedly shipped on the 27th. Is this good customer service? I leave it to you but I will NEVER deal with them again! Their service was MERDIQUE!!!!

Hard to find items were available. Shipping was expensive but extremely prompt. Packing was excellent and everything arrived in great shape. Keep up the good work. I'll be ordering again from you. Many thanks for your efforts!! Kevin Burke USA

Fast delivery despite the current situation Products as requested

1st and last order on this site. I will never go through 1001 maquettes again. Order placed on 29042020 for black and white undercoats + a Citadel painter's handle. It says that the products will be delivered within 2 to 5 weeks (because no longer in stock and long lead time). So... On May 14, the products were back in stock, and the lead time for orders went from 2 to 4 weeks. The question is already being asked about the fact that before bringing in stock to sell, it might be necessary to send out paid orders. I contact the after-sales service, who reply in broken French, implying that I'm impatient. (The question then arises as to why all the other sites can deliver within a reasonable week EXCEPT 1001 maquettes? Correct very good communication delivery on the specified date compliant product no bad surprises

Products met my expectations well packaged and delivery a little longer but covid 19 obliges so nothing to complain about.

Package in very good condition and delivered promptly. The only fly in the ointment, which is not really 1001 Maquettes' fault: one of the Carrera circuit parts had a bent metal track. It had to be straightened without breaking it before the circuit could be assembled.

2 weeks waiting for 2 cans of paint when I'm in the 93, 20 minutes from Paris. I find this lamentable. I understand that the circumstances of the confinement made that all turned with slowed down but good on other site whose store is much farther than the Parisian areas I was delivered in 2 days 3 days max.
