1001 maquettes very good nothing to say. On the other hand, please don't use DPD any more because frankly they are lamentable.

They have many and varied models. The service is very good.

I felt ripped off The model I got looked like a normal sized kit on the website, but the actual product (which was $50 including shipping) was barely bigger than my hand.

I requested delivery to one of the Biscarrosse relay points. The parcel was sent to another relay point (Gastes) 20 k away from the one requested. I don't have a car and there's no public transport to this relay point. Despite several unanswered requests from both 1001 maquettes and the carrier, it was only thanks to the kindness of a neighbor who volunteered to drive me that I was able to receive my parcel.

Shop somewhere else, they're terrible. Horrible customer service. I paid for an order with expedited shipping for items they had listed as in stock. After two weeks of no order updates or delivery, I sent an email. They told me that the in-stock items I paid for had to be ordered from elsewhere and would be arriving in another week or so. I asked for a refund for the expedited shipping. I had to contact them again for them to notify me that my package had been shipped. Still no refund for shipping difference. This company sucks. Customer service is atrocious. They don't care about their customers. Avoid them at all costs.

Accidentally created an order Accidentally created an order, tried calling, no response on either USA number. Sent an email, got a very professional reply saying that they would cancel the order and I would get a refund within 14 days. Sure, sounds great. Except that I got a notification from the delivery company saying that my package is still arriving, and 1001 Model Kits has not responded since regarding the package or refund status. The package is now waiting at the delivery company's office and I have yet to hear back from them. BTW, their website changed the price from $20 on like 4 payment screens, to $140 on the very last payment screen, for a $14 item (that weighs about 1oz). (it seriously says $125 charged for shipping on the email I received). I'm assuming it's a software bug and they dont intentionally swindle people... but the fact that they shipped my item, despite telling me they would cancel my order within 24 hours of placing the order makes me think that they're running a scam. At the very least, it doesn't feel like their customer service works very hard to make things right.

Great item and fast shipping

The amount of the order was debited on 2001, whereas as of today, 2801, it is still being processed with no scheduled delivery date. It's not very commercial to deduct the total amount of the order when it hasn't yet been fully processed and delivered.

Not only did you make a mistake in sending me the stickers but after I sent them to you immediately I still have not received a refund albeit a small amount and it has already been 20 days with various excuses. I will definitely not do business with you again.

Sadly For a quick and reliable service it's probably best sticking to eBay/Amazon.. Lol! Ok So it's my fault. I should have known. No change here..still regretting ordering from these people. I feel that a lot of time passed between my purchase and the item being posted without a plausible reason (the item was to big??) Once it was ""in the post"" normal service was resumed.

On this occasion it was very correct, fast and efficient.

I paid 65� for express shipping from france to switzerland and still waited 20 days for my package to arrive. Even though all items were listed as available. Prices are with tax included but they shouldnt if the customer is outside of France. (In the End i paid around 413$ for the same item i could have gotten from Ebay for 320$ with faster shipping and less trouble. Thats why i rate it Poor for anyone who lives outside France. But what i also have to say that the items arrived in perfect condition and everything was okay. Customer service was also really nice and helpful. But still....

I received the email 2 days AFTER I had… I received the email 2 days AFTER I had posted my review on not getting my refund. I realize mistakes are made HOWEVER I still find this unprofessional because I should not had to wait this long for something I paid for a long time ago or get my refund. I do appreciate you saying that I'll get my refund which I hope and pray that I'll still get soon hopefully.
