I ordered a model kit on the 19th of... I ordered a model kit on the 19th of November picking the express delivery for it to be here before Christmas and it has still not arrived I have emailed then and spoke on the phone saying the item isn't it stock which it should state on the Web page and shouldn't allow you to pay extra for delivery when they don't have it I will not be ordering from here again really bad customer service not happy at all

It was a little difficult to find the shades of email revell paint I was looking for (references not quite identical to those mentioned in the model), but there was a wide choice and it was delivered on time.

Very very bad I order on December 22 because the web offered shipping before 30 the 30 sent me message that they do not have it in stock to be sent before January 7 on January 6 again receive the same mail ... I called them on the 30th saying that it was a gift of kings gave them the same mocking attitude do not solve ... Better to buy it in Japan is what they do.... Lousy customer service

Delivery times and locations not respected without prior notice

You are expensive, but your proposals for rare brands and models are important, so you have to make a choice. On the other hand, I bought from you the Kora model of the Bloch mb 700 for 65 euros (from memory). There were quite a few parts missing from the kit. I know you're not responsible for what Kora puts in its boxes, but I paid you 100% for it. I'm a good enough modeler to have made the missing parts from the resin scraps, notably a propeller blade, but I didn't pay for that. Not to mention that I would have bought the model for only 30 euros from Master Dujin, but the work is quite different there, so it's still a choice! On the other hand, it would be dishonest of me not to point out that I had a problem with missing parts with the Barougan from Valom, where all the resin parts were missing to change the Ouragan into a Barougan, and you sent me another box. Except for the MB 700, I have nothing to reproach you for, but an acha that needs to be weighed, that's all.

Toen ik het aankreeg na 3 weken wachten ( wat al te laat was ) was dit heel slecht ingepakt en er zat geen kaartje bij. Ik kon wel door de grond zinken van schaamte. I had to wait a few days for it and that was because of the end of the year celebrations and holidays of the post but what I ordered is exactly what I wanted so fine fine I have now got all the material and soon we will start working So very fine Thank you

I will never shop here again. I got the broken glue and all the paint cans stained with glue. I sent them an email explaining that we had cleaned the paint cans but the glue was broken and to send us a new one. They replied that I should send them the status of the order and see you later Lucas. I have emailed them twice and have not heard back. I have also called them by phone but they don't answer in Spanish and there is never anyone on the chat page. If you pay for a product in advance, the least they can do is to take care of it if something arrives in the wrong place.

I have an order that has been in transit since 03122019. To date I have not received it. In the tracking of the package it says that there is an incident. Were stalled for over 3 weeksthen it was said the package has disappearedon the phone the employee promised us she would take care of it immediately and would call back but she never did! But miracles happen again and again especially at Christmas time today on December 27, 2019! the package arrived! Nevertheless never again!

The items conform to the description and are packed with care. I do not give 5 stars as they are not very clear on the shipping types and their respective delivery times. I ordered on December 6 and the package arrived on December 23 so slightly longer than the stated 7-9 business days. Also for some shipping methods the tracking does not work. To my requests for clarification they were always polite and helpful.

this is the second time i follow express courier and both times it was impossible for me to check the progress of the delivery. the indicated times were met but the fact remains that the shipment tracking service is unusable. otherwise everything is ok.
