Hello I took a delivery by collissimo proposed by the site. The result is edifying! -The first delivery was not made even though we had been at home all day (plus I had given my mobile number)! -Second attempt. The delivery man claims there's no name on the box! Bravo, we'll have to get him some glasses! Another day blocked for nothing! -Third attempt. Parcel available from 11h00 at the post office. Super model, correct delivery time. However, the model's packaging came unstuck in one place and the brush didn't fit (not great for a gift, but not too bad either) and it's full of dust. For a site that sells relatively expensive models, it's a bit of a shame. But everything arrived on time and the material itself wasn't damaged. A little extra for the post

This isn't my first order, but in the latest one, dated September 29, I notice that some parts are still missing or have deteriorated. Ref: 80789 autobus parisien TN6 C2 2 tires are missing and one part (seat armrest) is defective. Even if I understand that you're not in the business, please tell me how to go about obtaining a replacement.
