And thanks for making me waited 10 days for the ""good"" news. Note: Everything is overpriced on their site. I suggest everyone stay away, you can find much cheaper price and much better service elsewhere!

Really pitiful! For ten days I've been waiting for my order, which is still listed as being""in preparation"". Despite a phone call from me, nothing is happening. I must point out that the product ordered was available! I strongly advise against this site and in any case I will never again go through 1001 Maquettes or 1001 Hobbies (whatever the name) for my next orders.

Product shows as in stock I place an order pay a pound or two more than the site shows (I put that down to sloppy exchange rate conversions) then 19 days later with several emails telling me they are waiting for stock I get an email saying that it is in stock but they will dispatch it as soon as it's in stock. The emails say not to reply to the email but to use the site which then gives the exact same email address or use their chat which coincidently says it's not available a couple of minutes after I sent a complaint
