As much as I had nothing to say about my first order, for my second order I received a faulty product that I reported over a week ago... and still no response from the after-sales service. Update from 18072019 : I'm lowering the rating by one star because I followed their instructions given in response to this message and 10 days later... still nothing. Update from 03082019: More than 5 weeks after my complaint I no longer expect anything from you. Maybe I'll go back to the competition for my next orders. Hello I ordered 3 sheets of decals on 11062019 on the history of my order is my colissimo dated at 11062019 with items checked 'COMPLETE' June 13 seeing that my order is not sent I contact you by phone and the surprise I am told that the products ordered were not in stock on 11062019 although they were in stock on the date of my order!!! I should in principle receive it from 21062019 I find the delay very long for an order of 3 plates of decals! I'm part of a model club and I'm the first to order from your site. What's more, I tried to leave a review on your site after several unsuccessful attempts. I contacted your store again to report the problem, and one of your advisers couldn't understand why it wasn't working. I tried again several times but to no avail, but your lead time for an order of 3 miserable decal sheets is too long! From now on I'll refer to other order sites, sorry. Cordia
