This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with on line. They don't have a UK warehouse. They take orders letting you believe they have stock which they don't. When I finally get someone a the phone(in France) he didn't really care about the issues that I had pointed out and offered no way to fit it. If you are thinking of ordering DON'T. Move on to the next page and hopefully have better luck than I have had with these people.

I regret the absence of a real model store in my town... Failing that, there's a wide choice of 1001 models, including paints and accessories. Pricing is not cheap, but not so bad compared to a well-known online giant that's smiling at the end of the year... For small purchases - especially paint - it's better to group them together, as I find shipping costs a bit high...but at least so far I've found (almost) everything I've been looking for. No problems with orders. Delivered on time Packaging

The carrier ""La Poste"" are USELESS. According to the tracking they attempted delivery on 611 again on 711 then again on 1411 and the next notice I have is on 2611 which says they are returning it to sender. They have not called me on my cell phone to arrange a time for delivery nor have they left a note or anything. They have done nothing to try to contact me. Inexplicable. Logically as I think almost everyone I am not 24 hours a day without leaving home but it was as easy as making me a call .... Time wasted now to claim the money and I'm left without the product.... A F
