Long turnaround on getting product Long turnaround on getting product. I think there is a scam going on. Leave it to the dirty francois. Go figure. Crappy offer to refund 10 bucks because of their ignorance. Will not use them again. Then I get a generic stupid FRENCH apology ( whatever that's worth) saying I got 10 bucks refunded...ooooooooohhhhh! That's like half off the ridiculous shipping that mysteriously changed. Half assed customer service by the lazy French.

The customer service solved a problem I had ordering in my language and quickly. The price of the offer was great. The only bad thing is the shipping. I have never paid such an expensive shipping (9€) for something that took a week to arrive from France (it's not that far) and the express shipping was already exaggerated.

The delivery time was respected and the product is compliant. An effort needs to be made on communication: many emails are sent with information that is sometimes incomplete or erroneous. I almost felt like I was being spammed. Finally, the choice of colissimo for delivery leaves something to be desired. Given the price paid, it would have been nice to see a picture of the parcel, even though it was left at a delivery point.

The model airplane was as advertised and its delivery was timely My only problem with 1001 Modelkits related to the shipping and handling charge of $26.99. I consider that charge excessive for the small lightweight package that was shipped. Had the shipping and handling charge been more reasonable I would have rated my experience as five star.

Dubious! Shipping took far too long. I didn't like the item and it says on the website that you have a 30-day right of return. Yes, you do. You have to pay the return costs to France yourself and then there is only a credit note that you can redeem in the store. It's not clear anywhere that you can't get the money back. I only wanted the one item and will never be able to redeem this voucher. Nothing but expenses. Support took 8 days to reply to an email. That is unacceptable. I wonder if they will comment again: ""I don't understand...."" Sorry I also don't understand how you can run an online business in such a way.

Terrible company Terrible company, overpriced, charged surcharge for paying by paypal. As far as I can see they never dispatched the goods, could not provide a tracking number, and apparently couldn't refund me. I had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back. So glad I paid the surcharge.

Very little seriousness and no professionalism at all! After placing the order and paying for it I have never received it! It turns out that by internal error they have not found out about the PayPal payment that I have made 14 days before my claim and they did not follow up the order to find out why they have not received the money. It turns out that when I asked for the order (with the reference number given by them) they treated me as if I was trying to cheat them. At the end of a very unproductive online chat I opted for the REFUND option because I will not deal with this company in the near future...or the distant future!
