No problem goods delivered on time

I ordered enamel paint for my son and I ordered an item from China. My order from China arrived but I still haven't received my item from 1001 model kit. I phoned the customer service team who basically didn't care and were very rude. I will not be purchasing from them again due to me having to go out and purchase the items again for my son to finish his college project. In short poor service rude customer service and a dont care attitude. Customer service at its worst May I also add that it states a delivered from date and not a delivered by date on your website which states at the moment delivered from 26/09/18 so reply is untrue

Excellent items. Too bad not to find in the catalog model propeller planes such as Macchi Mc 416 Piaggio P.148 Fiat G.59 SIAI S.240 aircraft certainly no longer operational but which I would have liked in my collection. Considering QualityPrice the cost is perhaps a tad exaggerated.

Called again and was told would take a long time for refund, so told them I would go direct to PayPal.....Sounds as if they do not care.....Will not use again - Found another company Emodels of Stoke On Trent who sent what I required at a better price and within 48 hours.......

Hello Many e-mails for nothing no delivery despite a cash payment by Paypal with fees. I am still waiting to receive my order. Sorry, orders placed in Europe or all over the world are honored. France, a country of criminals against humanity, condemned several times by the International Criminal Court, no longer shines in my eyes. A simple order that doesn't arrive, so what about the rest? Hello A particularly unpleasant experience. I bought on 1001maquettes 3 puzzles in promotion my order was accepted and paid. The company then cancelled the order, stating that there had been a price error. I was reimbursed but lost a lot of time and money, especially as I lost another opportunity to buy at a good price. No gesture offered by 1001 puzzle. I will not return. Site to be avoided. There may be many more cases of this kind, as I was not spontaneously offered the opportunity to buy a puzzle.

Ordered paid immediately and then.... nothing more! I'm not impatient but when I read various reviews I got nervous and immediately opened a paypal case - especially as emails ALL REMAIN UNANSWERED! If you open a case with an honest seller you at least get a response - whatever the excuse. But here: NOTHING AGAIN! Either fraudsters at work or dilettantes. I don't know. But if you don't even reply, I have to fear the worst. My good money (for which I have to work HARD) is now in PayPal orbit. I haven't seen any goods yet. Anyone can deliver later. But not replying is the very worst! I can only warn against this store!

Undoubtedly a good service even if the sending of some e-mails should be done more carefully (e.g.: the reminder of transfer for payment did not wait for the usual time of execution of the banking transaction that is regulated by a European regulation). The very content of e-mails that I assume to be automatic in some cases is misleading (e.g.: confirmation of receipt of payment looks more like account registration confirmation). The prices are generally above the market average for the subjects of my interest (scale airplane assembly boxes) with few exceptions. For what has just been written, the policy of frequent discounts is valid, even if e-mail notifications tend to arrive later than the start of promotions. Of course it is sotenibile as a business choice the equation high prices = high quality of service.Otherwise the parcel arrived in reasonable time the goods were properly packed and in optimal condition.

Excellent packaging to ensure there was no damage to the item however it took a very long time to arrive!!

No delivery

parcel conforms to the order products very well packed speed of dispatch despite a small mix-up due to the tracking which indicated that the parcel had been dispatched but the follow-up by the site of the post office said that the parcel was ready but not yet taken in charge by the post office. In fact, the parcel had left the 1001 maquettes depot, but the post office took two days to dispatch it, so it wasn't the seller's responsibility. With the cat, the person I spoke to did her utmost to inform me of the situation. So yellow card to the post office and good point to 1001 maquettes. I'll recommend you without any worries, while keeping in the back of my mind that the post office has its failings in your area. I definitely recommend

The small key fob has still not arrived. In this day and age where everything is delivered quickly, it is not exactly customer-friendly to wait so long. I hope that the item arrives soon. I will never order anything from you again!!!!

Negative I placed the order on 3108 and I haven't heard anything more payment in advance with pay pal I wrote two mails but I haven't heard back

I placed an order for 3 models and although they arrived on time, the packages were wrapped in plastic without protection or warning of fragile package so I have received broken packages and one of the models was broken. I have contacted customer service and at first they answered me quickly but when I got to the point of accepting one of the options they gave me they did not give me any sign of life and after 3 emails within 3 weeks to give them time to respond I'm still waiting.
