First order. Correct delivery in good condition but not the fastest: 10 working days but modelling is not a matter of urgency either. The negative point would be the price. When comparing, I noticed that some products are more expensive (e.g. new Stuart 135 Tamiya tank 49.49€ available for 40€ with delivery in 48h max) But considering the choice of 1001 Maquettes, I'll come back to them in the future.

I have been ripped off and robbed. I made the return of the products purchased (It was for a gift and I made a mistake in the scale of products) and almost two months later I have not received any refund or voucher for the amount spent or anything like that. I have been trying for two weeks to contact them by phone and email and there is no way they will answer my calls or emails. I have neither the products nor the money. I feel like I have been ripped off and robbed.

Not very impressed with the shipping 1 told it was going out DHL it did not. 2 two weeks wait for shipment 3 shipment was not boxed but wrapped with thin black plastic 4 the boxes inside plastic wrap were crushed on one side and plastic wrap was torn open. This is the first time that I have had a problem hopefully the last all other orders were great.

I would like to score well but I can not because since the 27th of last month that I ordered two items (a German motorcycle and a German field kitchen) I have not received either of the two orders which I bring to your attention to inform me if I will get or on the contrary I will get my money back. Highly unadvisable, I ordered a model that was announced and then finally sent 10 days after the announced time. The latter were delivered by a problematic service provider (mondial relay) who delivered to a store that had never been opened! 1001 maquettes hides behind the fact that it has no control over its delivery service providers. Highly unadvisable if you want a confident site capable of delivering professionally. Today, 28 days after my order, I still have nothing and my parcel is still in a collection center.

On October 20, 2013 I made a purchase on this page of models to assemble the purchase had the order number 025823 and a value of 13836€ To be delivered in Madrid. By an error of this company the address was written incompletely I know this because in the mails that they sent me said "that the address was incomplete and that the postal company MRW was going to return the order" and also that as soon as it was in the hands of 1001maquetas they would send it again. It has been almost 5 years and they never sent the order again and they never refunded the money of the purchase. I got tired of writing and they didn't answer and calling.
