This was the only online hobby store... This was the only online hobby store where I could find HGW scale seat belts. (That's not to say there may be others.) I placed my order thinking that the store was in the United States. It was only after the three weeks it took for the items to arrive that I realized the online store is located in Europe. Otherwise, a successful online purchase.

Hello I would like to give my opinion but my parcel ordered on 78 has still not arrived. 3 delivery point changes with Mondial Relay. Normally I'd pick it up today: it's 1:45 pm and still not delivered.

After cancelling my order (179392) because of the delays they told me the amount to be refunded and I accepted. That was the 24052018. Today 19082018 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MONEY BACK. I sent an email on 11072018 which has not been answered. I am very disappointed

The product you ordered is not in stock in our warehouse but by our suppliers, as it is written on our productsheets. We ship from France, and you live the US. First order. Correct delivery in good condition but not the fastest: 10 working days but modelling is not a matter of urgency either. The negative point would be the price. When comparing, I noticed that some products are more expensive (e.g. new Stuart 135 Tamiya tank 49.49€ available for 40€ with delivery in 48h max) But considering the choice of 1001 Maquettes, I'll come back to them in the future.

I have been ripped off and robbed. I made the return of the products purchased (It was for a gift and I made a mistake in the scale of products) and almost two months later I have not received any refund or voucher for the amount spent or anything like that. I have been trying for two weeks to contact them by phone and email and there is no way they will answer my calls or emails. I have neither the products nor the money. I feel like I have been ripped off and robbed.

Not very impressed with the shipping 1 told it was going out DHL it did not. 2 two weeks wait for shipment 3 shipment was not boxed but wrapped with thin black plastic 4 the boxes inside plastic wrap were crushed on one side and plastic wrap was torn open. This is the first time that I have had a problem hopefully the last all other orders were great.
