The same problems as for others, shipping delays not respected. Purchase of several items available for shipping the same day, payment of express shipping fees to receive it the next day as indicated, except that the order is not even shipped the next day but 3 days later... Customer service responds generically when we ask what is happening, and a small note in the message to say that they have longer delays with the change of depot. If this is really the case, it would be good to indicate it ON THE SITE before the order... Everything is more expensive than on other sites as well. Prefer other solutions for your purchases.

PACKAGED VERY BADLY: there was nothing inside to prevent the bottles of thinner and everything else from banging around during transport, resulting in a "mirror" sheet from Hasegawa, which cost 30 euros, arriving all crumpled. I contacted the store days ago reporting the problem (with photos) and they haven't replied. TERRIBLE.

More than 20 days to send the order. Supposedly because a product was not available. Yet everything was still marked as available on the site. No customer service, just a stupid and useless bot. I asked to speak to a human, and I was told that I would be called back. That never happened, but coincidentally, 1 hour later my package was shipped. Unacceptable service, 1 star is generous

Fatal, they didn't warn me that there was a warehouse problem. I called on Monday when they attended in Spanish and they didn't pick up the phone. The rest of the days they answered one day and didn't attend in Spanish. They kept giving me the runaround saying that it would be solved the following week and so on week after week. Very dissatisfied.

I ordered something that should arrive within a few days, but in reality, the delivery of the order is delayed by more than a week. I placed an order on June 15 and on June 20 I was informed that the order is delayed without any mention of when I can expect the order. My previous order was also delayed. I 'think' the problem is caused by the fact that 1001 Hobbies is a box pusher like Bol.com. You have no stock anywhere; everything comes from the country of manufacture. In my case, from France.

It is not what I expected. The ordered product was not delivered. An alternative was provided, but I previously indicated that I did not find that desirable. I have not heard anything more about it than the difference in value between the ordered product and the delivered alternative.

Hello, two orders placed for available items. Once validated, the items go into restocking. After many attempts to contact (call, email...) no news. A second order for available items to keep my son waiting. Same, once validated, the items go into restocking... I finally manage to contact to get at least part of the first order finally available... The others are expected to arrive on June 10. Once these two items arrive, both orders are considered delivered when they are not. Difficult to contact someone... Still waiting for the remaining items... Bad customer experience...
