Made purchase of a product that was supposed to be delivered in two-three days. Ordered and paid with EXRA DHL to have it in fast time as it was a birthday gift but the product arrived late after 4 days. Reported it to tech support but nothing. I will NOT buy from this site ever again

They've send me the wrong product twice. And in between they've accidentally cancelled my order and set up the wrong product again. They made every mistake they could make twice. It was very weird.

Order #126366 (XB-70A Paint Masks & Metal Landing Gear) I recently purchased a set of paint masks and metal landing gear for my 1:727 scale AMT/Ertl and Italeri XB-70A model kit. The items were paid through eBay and I got a confirmation email, but I noticed that the shipping address was incomplete. I sent you a email correcting the address. Next I got an email from eBay stating that the items were shipped. Next I got an email from you that my order (126366) was out of stock. How can you say an order has been shipped, then turn around and say the order was out of stock and I could either be notified when the items would be available or, I could opt for a credit in the amount paid through eBay. This is nonsense and unacceptable as I am in the process of building the XB-70A now. At this point I just want a refund. I had to order a set of masks and landing gear from another company. I am very disappinted in your service. Respectfully, Phillip Hoglund

1001modelkits has a reasonable selection but what impressed me most was the quick and efficient delivery of my order. In less than a week after ordering my order was delivered - impressive taking into account that I'm located on the other side (Canada) of the pond! And the quality of the products 100% in accordance with how it was advertised.

The delivery times are a little too long. Fast deliveries are not to be expected. On the whole satisfactory. I would like to see decal sheets not sent in a package (shoe box size) in future if an envelope will do. The problem in this case is having to go to the post office. Unnecessary and annoying.

My search was over I was loosing faith that I would ever find the product that I really did require .Thanks to 1001 ModelKits they came up trumps and not only had the product [ Italieri Elco Deck Crew ] but dispatched it the same day .Ok I paid a little more than I thought I would have too but I was very pleased with the all round performance of 1001 Modelkits .Now that I have found this new to me source I shall be returning in the near future. Order processing is excellent, but the delivery time between handover to the carrier and delivery to the addressee seems very long.

I couldn't start the first step because the glue supplied is dry and therefore impossible to use, so I had to buy new glue. Unacceptable moreover it seeks to make me avoid registering a review because this one is negative rather than to contact me the product which you sell is registered all included/understood of which the adhesive but that which was in my parcel is unusable then to repair your faults rather than seeking to censure me

Satisfied with the service provided: delivery without reproach, wide choice of products including Humbrol paints (not available in 04 and 06) and quality brushes. For my part, I would have preferred the paints to be listed in ascending or descending order, to limit the time spent searching on the Internet.
