Order placed on 111117 one month later still no parcel delivered. I ask customer service about the status of my order because I haven't received anything. They tell me I'm missing half my items and that they'll send what they have in stock. In exchange he gives me a credit note for the amount of the 2 items I'm missing, plus free delivery.
