A week later told it wasn't in stock and they didn't know when back in so offered a voucher or refund. I asked for a refund which I still haven't received then to be told it's been shipped ...... it still hasn't turned up , no refund , no replies to emails and no one answers the phone !!!! My partner still hasn't received his birthday present and quite frankly I'm appalled at the unprofessional conduct of this company!!!!

I have been waiting 6 months for the wings of my Fieseler Storch 285 Meter. There has been no reply to the e-mails sent to date. A lawsuit is being handled by my company lawyer in Germany.
