From the day the order is placed to delivery at a relay point, the tracking of the parcel is very well done on the internet and by courier. Delivery times are respected. There was just one minor problem: the package was not properly sealed with tape. There was no problem with the contents of the order. I recommend 1001 Maquettes because of the quality and quantity of the selection available.

Reply to 1001 maquettes: yes, I did receive your parcel today, but it was too late! And yes the Post Office is right the box was much too big to fit in my Mailbox. What's the point of taking a Colissimo without a signature if I have to take a day off work to receive your package!!!! AND NO, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOUR WEBSITE given the lack of interest you show in your customers. Very disappointed parcel still not received after 5 days despite almost 10 € postage colissimo without signature. At 1001 maquettes they tell me it's the Post Office's fault. At the post office, the package doesn't fit in your box.

The products I purchased corresponded to the offer, good packaging and updated information for order tracking. All correct. Best regards

Great choice of models but shipping is a bit slow: 10 days to receive a parcel... It would be nice to have a paint concordance table on the site for all brands. This information is hard to find and would be a big plus for the site.

I give you 5 stars because the work together is very good. The only criticism is the long delivery time and the high transportation costs between Germany and Austria (post office).

Excellent choice of models! As an absolute Ferrari fan, I can build the entire sublime range of this legendary brand. Prices are sometimes prohibitive, but given the rarity of the models... fortunately it's a Ferrari, so I don't count. Delivery always on time and in very good condition. The only downside is that the Revell Ferrari 250 GTO arrived damaged in its unassembled packaging. The plastic chassis was damaged, and one of the wheel mounting brackets and an engine mount were missing (see photos). I find this unfortunate, but overall, out of the 15 Ferrari models purchased (between 35€ and 175€), only this model arrived damaged for a purchase price of 45€. All in all, I'm very satisfied! The choice of paints is difficult to assess on the basis of the models - advice would be welcome when ordering from the catalog. The glue takes too long to set, and the tube is impractical. It's preferable to use super glue.

1 year ago to the day on 080716I ordered a model (lotus type 72c 1970 from ebbro:ref EMSF001)paid 10751euros cashed the next day but still not received the order! After several emails, the last one with a reply dated 160916 from a certain Guillaume Mortier, no more replies, they take people for fools, while on my account on their site the order is still being processed! I've stopped the emailsbut they've still been cashing the money for a year. Don't order from them as long as it's ok, it's ok and they're more expensive!
