I tried the helpline, but the recorded message was also in French, which I couldn't understand. I sent an E-mail, to which I did get an English reply. The delivery took about 2 weeks, which I thought was a bit lengthy. I would definitely use them again, however.

Ordered and paid six weeks ago. To date, no reply to my e-mail, no telephone contact possible and, of course, no goods received. This company does not even respond to a negative review. So either this store is out to defraud from the start or the behavior of pocketing money without delivering anything in return and then pretending to be completely dead could also indicate that the store is bankrupt. I was supposed to receive one model for Christmas and the other when I got it, which was what they suggested so that I wouldn't end up with nothing under the tree, but in the end everything was received, much to my delight. The models were simply packed fortunately not damaged (better would perhaps be folded with old newspaper u. padded thus more cushioned against throwing in the shipping box). It was ok so far. P.S.
