Slow delivery and poor quality item. Very disappointed. Delivery took 10 days. The paint, Humbrol Polished Steel, was very poor- separated into solid clumps and liquid, despite stirring, and was not fit for purpose. This is really Humbrol's fault but the supplier should ensure it supplies decent products. The definitions for the star ratings seem heavy on 'friction' and 'conduct'. I had no problems in these areas, but the whole experience was still Bad

As you will see from my order I ordered model HA7501, which was the one advertised, including photos, on your web site. You have sent me model HA7506, which has a completely different colour scheme. Order ID: 89285 Product: BOEING P-26A PEASHOOTER Sent this to 1001 on 4/11 which they confirmed they had received. Have heard nothing since, now 11/11.
