Good product - poor communication with US customer The model is good quality & arrived within 2 weeks of ordering. However, the email confirmation quoted delivery at 9 months after ordering for some reason. When I called the customer service # with Boston area code to ask about this, no one ever answered the line and the voicemail was in French. Despite not knowing any French, I left a message anyway and never got a response. I emailed as well and did not get a response. This item was for an anniversary gift so timing was important. Glad they came through but if you have a question, you may have trouble getting an answer.

We ordered a tank model which was delivered to us via a point relay. Unfortunately, when we unpacked it, we realized that the model was broken in several places. 1- They can't be reached on their famous telephone hotline 2- As suggested, I sent them an email to ask for assistance, and they replied that I could put the pieces back together and that they'd give us a €5 credit note as a gesture of goodwill. In my humble opinion, it would be wise to specify that orders said to be dispatched in 24 are actually made in 24, i.e. the next day. Like placed on Sunday. Shipped on Tuesday and not Monday, which is a shame. The after-sales service was very responsive to my emails, although I didn't get an answer to one of my questions. The parcel was in good condition, but there was 0 protection for the small items. After that, there's no risk unless the parcel is ripped open.
