Every time I get a coupon I have trouble registering it or it doesn't go through at all. Otherwise the orders follow the deadline and arrive in good condition.

In my humble opinion, it would be wise to specify that orders said to be dispatched in 24 are actually made in 24, i.e. the next day. Like placed on Sunday. Shipped on Tuesday and not Monday, which is a shame. The after-sales service was very responsive to my emails, although I didn't get an answer to one of my questions. The parcel was in good condition, but there was 0 protection for the small items. After that, there's no risk unless the parcel is ripped open.

Hello I wanted to leave my opinion about this company. For starters they are liars and mislead customers and as a student in the economic branch I don't know how they are still in business. In some items po""shipping in 24 hours""...my items took 15 days to be sent!!!! Another thing was the shipping of your company (DHL) took 7 days which is not so bad that's why I put 2 stars instead of one. Now the most important thing when I received the package I was missing 7 PAINTINGS for a value greater than 11€ osea WHAT!? Amig@s this is a warning this company takes quite a long time to send the products and there is a possibility that some items may MAGICALLY DISAPPEAR.

The choice is excellent, even if the search engine can be improved. Beware, however, of delivery times that sometimes go awry.

Good product, as requested. It would have been nice to have some bubble wrap to protect the paint but overall it's well packaged. It's a pity I couldn't cancel an order that hadn't been shipped yet (I had forgotten 2 items and had to pay shipping costs again). But apart from that, the site was perfect and the delivery was good.

I was having a hard time finding it on that scale but they have it all! shipping maybe a little late but that I guess was beyond their control taken care of the packaging and great product: serious stuff.

Order (E4KZT6RXN) placed over a month ago and still not sent (no reply to my emails). What's more, the merchant is asking you to place a new order for missing items (even though they are indicated as available on his site), with the items already paid for being returned to you, but with new shipping costs to be paid by you, knowing that the shipping costs are double the amount of the items ordered and that, for me, 4 items are missing (in addition to the order that was not sent), I'm looking at 15 euros in shipping costs for items that have already been paid for. If they're dealing with customers who place large orders like the one I placed (over 160 euros), their store won't last long. For my part, this is the last time I'll be ordering from this site.
