I ordered a 124 scale car a Jaguar E type from Hellerthe order was placed on November 4, 2015 expected time for delivery 79 working days to date December 2, 2015 I have still not received anything. On November 30 I forwarded an email with inquiries about my order which they were careful not to respond to. This is the first time I purchased from them but I think it will also be the last. Last year I ordered a kit from a store in Hong Kong23 days later I had the box at home.........si but Hong Kong is on the other side of the earth!!!!

As of November 29, 2015 I have not received my package or any response from the company into the whereabouts of the package. In fact, my order is still listed as being processed. Like many of their other customers, I think I have fallen victim to a scam where they say the item is in stock, but it actually isn't. My poor grandfather is very irritated. At this point I just want my money back so my grandfather will get off my back and I can order the product somewhere else. I have sent 3 emails, 2 where sent today. Their excellent customer service is a sham. Customer service is only available 2 hours a day in an unknown timezone if you speak French.

After 9 working days they still have not shipped the package despite the fact that from email received from them the package was ready the day after payment. Sent 3 emails to ask for explanation and they always replied with the usual pre-packaged email: Dear Customer Please rest assured that we do our best to provide our customers with prompt delivery. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package is sent. Cordially Customer Service 1001models What a shame!!!!! In retort to what you wrote below I am sorry to contradict you but on your site it clearly states that the package would arrive within 7-9 business days I even took the screenshot of the page. Also you cannot write that the order was prepared as per. you wrote on 1611 if it is not true since you wrote me today that you are still waiting for the item. Dear Customer Your order code has been prepared. You can access the tracking of your shipment and download the invoice by clicking on ""Order archive"" under ""my account"" on our website. Sincerely

We ordered a model on the site for our daughter's birthday. The order was placed in 2009 and the article is in stock and therefore available within 8 days. To date, 2211, nothing has been received and we have sent several emails because it is impossible to get in touch with a physical person. During all this time, and even today, the item is noted as available on the site. We finally asked for a refund, which I hope will take less than two months, because of course the amount of the order was immediately debited. I deduce from this that the commercial policy is to attract the""super promo"" and never to send the products. In short, if you want to be sure of getting your items for Christmas, AVOID or aim for December 201.

My order was placed on November 1st, today is the 16th and I still haven't received anything. Apart from a gesture from 1001 maquettes that might make me change my mind, I will never order from them again.

They charge you the shipping costs to send it to you urgently and you arrive 2 weeks later you make the claim.y.ni caso!!!! The merchandise also arrives in poor condition a fraud!

I have only made one purchase but have not had a good experience. I ordered the package by express delivery 2 or 3 days ago and it still hasn't arrived for a week. It was to make a gift and the date has already passed.

I've sent emails and received no response, tried the phone number, which has an amazingly short 2 hour window to call, but then I don't speak French so it's useless. No contact. No return call or email. No shipping or tracking info. I placed an order on 10-1-15 and received an email with the corresponding reference number. Enclosed in this email was the date of delivery being between 10-16-15 and 10-20-15. I also paid an upgraded shipping method so a tracking number would be supplied (UPS). However, no tracking number has ever been provided. My payment was processed and completed on 10-1-15 according to the order status on my account. I have patiently waited till today 10-20-15 which is the last day of promised delivery, but no delivery was made. For the last 3 days I have called the contact number which I only get a French answering service and no return call. I have emailed twice with no response, in an attempt to acquire a tracking number or some form of shipping info to conform some sort of progress is being made. I have also called the U.S. contact for returns in Centerton, AR with no success either. My order status has reflected the same message ""order being processed"" for 3 weeks now including after the promised delivery time has expired. If some sort of contact or explanation is not reciprocated, in the next day or so, I will be reporting this practice of customer neglect, and forwarding a copy of all correspondence to my attorney.

Your material is decent but unfortunately it is not what I was looking for because I needed """""SAMURAI OF PLASTIC """""&colorful""" AND AT LEAST 10 CM""""" Unfortunately I misinterpreted your catalog and no complaints to you. The can of paint is as described but for the price I find the capacity a bit small.

Order placed on 04 october in theory it left on 091015. on 161015 still nothing received. That's a bit much for a supposed delivery time of 4 to 7 days! On the phone, they promise tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, but offer no compensation or solution. I think the store's policy is to charge shipping costs! which isn't right because the order follows the same channels. It's a way of making a bit more profit on the backs of customers. I don't recommend taking the free shipping option. Disappointed

Not only are the delivery times not respected and the goods still not received. After-sales service has still not replied to us after two days. And on an order of €5117, we have been charged €53.56 at the bank, neither seen nor known.

I regularly buy colors of HUMBOL on the site 1001 models to date 13-10-15 I have not yet received order of 21-9 . I chose standard shipping (the least expensive one) because I had no particular urgency but so it seems a bit too much Moreover I have solicited info but I have not received any kind of response I am not convinced I will make more purchases so i becomes safer and cheaper to buy colors in store.

1st order. Package received in good condition. But that the delivery time is long compared to the indications initially indicated. To moderate my comment 1001 maquettes are dependent on carriers. This will not prevent me from recommending on

pleasant store but not all brands of plastic maqette manufacturers as well as for resin decal kits. Serious about leftovers, they come back when it's available again on their website.

I ordered an item on 12/09/15 which was, and still is, listed as ""In stock, Shipped within 2-4 days"". It is now 06/10/15 and no goods. I have emailed them twice on 19/09/15 and 02/10/15 and received no response until today I found by accident that they had left a message in my order history on 02/10/15 that ""Due to an error of one of our suppliers, we are still waiting for the product to be resupplied"". No indication of when that is likely to be and of course the item webpage still shows ""In stock, Shipped within 2-4 days"". I have requested a refund and will certainly never go near them again.
