Site with a wide variety of articles. Perfect for all model or miniature enthusiasts. I found what I was looking for very quickly, and yet the miniature was very accurate.... they had! Fair price and perfect shipping

two orders for the same model under two different refs and no way to send me the right one.at the beginning of the salesproposed to keep the kit and recommended the model.okI acceptedI received the same kitsince october this story has been dragging on and no way to reimburse or send the model.not sure I've been swindled

After 16 days after the order (paid) I still have not received anything (not even the tracking code of the shipment) and in the face of my request for explanation after 5 days I still have not received a response.

I placed an order on 2811 on 412 they told me it was in viado. my husband's birthday is next week and I don't know if it will arrive.

I ordered last summer and have not received anything. I have been waiting 6 months or more for my money back. I know that there are bigger problems in this company and that mine is probably silly compared to others but I have been so outraged and disappointed not only by the treatment received by your store but also by the fact that you have taken me for a ride so far. I hope no one buys from your store because you do not know how to treat your customers at all.

bad experience model ordered for my child's christmas announced as deliverable on the site within 4 to 6 days. model never received. they don't have it in stock and clear their name by pointing to an error in information from one of their suppliers. I asked for a refund on december 1st. on december 8th, nothing arrived on my account. i e-mailed their customer service department (no phone number given) to find out how soon i would be refunded: no reply. i will not be ordering from them again. i'm sorry, but i'm not going to be reimbursed.

Extremely slow shipping I have ordered quite a bit from 1001 in the past, but lately am very disappointed with them. They claim free shipping on orders over $200, but they charge anyway. That's dishonest. When called on it, they issue a voucher. Not exactly the kind of thing which evokes confidence. It usually takes about a month before they finally ship, even though everything is in stock at time of ordering. This current order was paid for on the 19th of last month, and still shows a 'being processed' status. They don't respond to my emails, and I even called them at (617) 849-9224, only to get a recording stating that they will respond to all emails promptly... another lie. Basically, sad to say this, but I don't have much confidence in them anymore. Terrible customer service, terrible wait times for shipping, and their prices aren't even that competitive.

I placed the order in Nov 13 and to date (Dec 03) I have not received anything the goods are reported shipped with DHL on 24112014 but the tracking is invalid. I have sent several emails to customer service but no one has deigned to respond. Will the goods arrive????

For 2 months now I have been waiting for my delivery which should have been delivered to me 15 months ago??! The particularly bad thing is that nobody from the company thinks it is worth the effort to even say a word in response to my requests. I have no choice but to get a statement and my money through a lawyer. Congratulations to everyone who had a problem-free delivery. Lucky you!

I placed an order on 23.11.2014 and I am suddenly waiting. On 01.12.2014 I received an email telling me that my order will be processed when they receive the merchandise from their supplier. I have been waiting for 1 week thinking that I will receive my order soon!

I have been waiting for my order for 2 weeks. A week ago I was notified that my order was on its way. Nothing has arrived yet. Never again!

I waited 1 month to receive the goods and final surprise the order was missing an item paid 40 euros

The package arrived a little later than stated on the website with regard to the time frame for processing the request. However they kept in constant contact to notify me of the minor mishap as well as all other fulfillment (accepting request preparing package and shipping). The shipment then once it left was very fast.
