Absolutely awful It is now 1st Jan 15 and still waiting for delivery of my sons Christmas present which was ordered on 14th December. No one to speak to. Most of the telephone numbers don't even seem to exist!!!!!!!!!!!!! If there is a person at 1001 Modelkits maybe they could contact me re order no 49881 (UK) and then I could post a slightly different review.

Inoperative after-sales customer service. Shipments that do not have valid tracking identification.

I can recommend 1001 maquettes without any unpleasant surprises.

The instructions could be more 'clear. I have some doubts about the 1:32 scales do not seem so accurate at least in the case of the American armored car .

Lots of choice and order received quickly. However, the explanations given about the models are a little too brief. But I'm happy to recommend this site.

So far so good.....ll Couriered to UK from France by DHL during Christmas week, arrived before most of our UK parcels which were ordered much earlier! This would be 5 stars, except for the fact that this expensive, sophisticated wooden sailing ship model kit was open and had been repackaged somewhere along the line. There is no way to tell if anything is missing due to the complexity of the model (Amati HMS Surprise from the Aubrey/Maturin novels).

I had ordered on 1612 a model for a christmas gift by paying the fast delivery service and by paying the gift wrapping option ...in total the package arrived on 2612 and no gift wrapping !!!!! so very disappointed I will not order anymore on this site

When I ordered the Leonardo da Vinci models, your site said they were made of wood, but they're actually made of plastic. So they're expensive for plastic

Terrible experience with no response It's now 1/16 -It has now been a month since I placed my order and I have nothing to show for it except a $106 charge to my credit card. Based upon the last response I received from your company, I expected at least a partial shipment. Again, I have not received anything. I have not received my order, tracking number or any follow-up response. This has been the worst on-line experince. I placed my order on 12/12 for Christmas. The website indicated it was ""in stock"" and would be here in time. Credit card was charged $106 immediately. That is the only thing they have gotten correct. Now MORE THAN A MONTH LATER and I do not have my order and have not heard from a representative of 1001modelkits...but they still have my money. Respectfully I have asked for them to cancel my order and post a credit but still no response. Placed an order on 12/12 for Christmas. It is now 1/5 and I still have not received my order. In addition I asked for an update and did not receive a response. Customer service is non-existent. Placed an order on 12/12. According to the website the order is still being processed but my credit card was charged immediately. I have now emailed on two occasions with no response. I ordered a maréchal d'Empire statuette that looked very good in the photo. I received an unidentifiable figure in raw resin and as a spare part. I was so angry that I couldn't even react at the time! This statuette was a Christmas present, so I'm disappointed! Not only will I never order from this site again, but with the publicity I've given it, a lot of other people have also been disappointed.

At the beginning I ordered it was simple but they promised me 4 to 5 days and it's been 10 days that I'm waiting for the parcel that was supposed to be delivered to the Auchan closest to me. So here's my opinion on this

After ordering an available product at the beginning of December, I made several reminders and finally found out that there was a problem with the supplier. Not being able to have the order for Christmas, I asked for a refund. Miraculously, I was told that the order was being prepared and would be dispatched shortly. Unfortunately the only thing that arrived was a free tube of glue with the order. Now I'm waiting for a full refund but no news.....

Wide choice of models (including models that are sometimes hard to find) - Kit prices a little higher than average. Careful shipping and packaging - Delivery times a little long. Site to be recommended.

Hello, this concerns an order I placed and confirmed on 1112 (7am) for a product that was in stock (5 copies: copy made). After a few days, the order remained frozen. I contacted them again by e-mail on 1612 and was told the same day that the item was missing and should be received today or tomorrow, and that the order would be dispatched immediately. The parcel was received on 2012. Question: what would have happened if I hadn't contacted them again? - How is it possible to display and sell a product (stock unchanged to date) and not have the item in the store? - Do (toy) companies know that Christmas is on December 25? Obviously, if I had been informed that the item was missing, I would have ordered elsewhere. I understand that it's not easy to manage orders during the festive period, but that doesn't allow for elastic stock management.
