I ordered two kits 2 months ago which were available according to the store and were marked green. I had paid with Paypal and then received an e-mail that the kits were not available and had to be ordered. I was put off for weeks with emails and have now canceled the order and would like my money back. A credit note should be issued but I have still not received the amount back. The store has not contacted me. I am now going to the police and reporting them for fraud.

Hello first of all I would like to tell you my case in case it helps someone to decide whether to buy or not on this website. I have made my first order of models to introduce myself in this interesting world. I placed an order on August 11 for a value of 23845 Euros (a sailboat and some other little things) well the case is that everything was fine until August 13 that they sent me the order as indicated in an email informing me that it would take 5 to 7 days. When I saw 2 weeks later that it did not arrive it seemed strange to me but I decided to be patient and send them a couple of emails that of course they have not answered. My surprise was great when last week I went to see if there was any news on my order and when I went to enter your page they had deleted my user (with order and all) in fact I tried to register again and allowed me but my order did not appear anywhere. I ordered from 1001 Model Kits however my invoice came from 1001 Maquettes. The 7-9 day promised delivery schedule was not met the items advertised as being in-stock were not in stock. Response time for customer service inquiries was 2-3 business days this is very poor. I would not order from this company again nor would I recommend that anyone else do so. I cancelled my order which was never delivered. I did receive a full refund upon request.

The only drawback: the dimensions of the objects are not indicated on their description page. Even if you know that a truck is 150 scale, it's hard to imagine the dimensions.

When ordering, it was not clear that delivery could be delayed due to the inclusion of a previously unnamed supplier. I placed an order on July 24th for the products marked""in stock"". After a few days I was told that I had to wait for delivery from the suppliers...??!!!? On August 1st I was told that my order had been dispatched (by Collissimo, which I paid for to be delivered in 4 days). Today, August 06, I still have nothing! For your information, I ordered on a competitor's site on the same day, with a few minutes' delay... I received my order 4 days later (even though they're abroad). This is the second time I've ordered from you and I've already had problems the first time (1 month wait). So this is the last time I'll be ordering from you. I don't think you care about a small customer in today's booming model-making market, but I'll take the liberty of advertising you in the model-making forums and at the many exhibitions that I've attended.

Emails were responded to with generic ""we will let you know when we receive a status"". After 45 days I got a refund. They processed my refund timely, so I suppose that's a positive? Now I missed my uncle's birthday, and will have to order from scratch from somewhere else. Don't order from here if you have a deadline to mee!
