Order fulfilled, correct delivery, albeit a little long.

Even after 10 days, the model I ordered and paid for has still not arrived. The delivery time was given as 6 to max. 9 days.

Model ordered well received but more than 1 week in delivery time you have to be patient.

This is the first and last time I'm ordering from this site, which doesn't give a damn about the world and uses holidays or the post as an excuse. Hello I received the models I ordered within a very reasonable time. However, I would like to point out that the models made in Eastern Europe are of poorer quality than those made in the West, as are the explanations, which are still very vague.

I found this site almost by accident I must say that the package arrived to me quite immediately! without any problems. Very satisfied!

After placing an order I was told that the item was not available and was correctly refunded the amount paid. So very reliable. However, it would have been even better if I had known in advance that the item was out of stock.

The selection of kits and accessories is fantastic but because their deliveries are slow because they use the postal service. If they had a courier option they would be about the best here in spain

I premise that my situation started by placing an order on 200514 has yet to be concluded...on 2105 I made the transfer and on 2605 they wrote me:"" YOUR ORDER IS READY YOU CAN ACCESS THE TRACKING OF YOUR SHIPMENT."" As well as' after my reminders as I could not find the said tracking and on the site gave my order still in processingthe day 0306 found this excuse that I have also read on other posts : "" FOLLOWING THE ERROR OF A SUPPLIER WE ARE ALWAYS WAITING FOR THE ITEM"": but how? Wasn't my order already ready? And then when I had made it the item in question was available even reported 4! 0806:"" THE PRODUCT IS SOLD OUT AND YOUR ORDER CANCELLED. WE WILL REFUND YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE."" Only after 3 more days they asked for my information to make the transfer and the next day I sent it to them punctually. the 1606:""THE REFUND SHOULD BE MADE TODAY OR IN THE NEXT DAYS"" . Of course the SHOULD was a must since to date (220614) I have not received anything yet and their response time to my emails has always been biblical. I hope the situation will be resolved as soon as possible since it has now been a month since my payment and two weeks since they said I would be refunded.... Conclusion:never had a worse experience even remotely comparable!

Very good first purchase.the only downside is the time of preparation and shipping.the good thing the amount of jewelry impossible to find.totally recommended.

I placed my order on May 29, 2014, today is June 12, 2014, and I still haven't received anything. What's more, some CHRONOPOST delivery drivers systematically put a delivery notice on the pretext that I'm absent (whereas most of the time I'm at home).

The truth is that it is a good service at a reasonable price they provide data and shipping dates with a huge stock where you can find items that do not appear on other sites. It is interesting to have this reference

At no time did they have a clue as to my order status, location of said order, or real time stock quantities. Customer service is automated, with canned responses, and few and random. I should have been clued by their policy of charging for the item when ordered, not when shipped, so you have no option to cancel or refund an order after no contact or response after an extended wait period. If you use them expect double the wait for shipping and handling (items ship to them and then to you) and notice fluctuating site pricing. It took my order three weeks to arrive, and they said it was crossing the Atlantic the day before it was dropped on my porch on the US west coast. Most of their stock is sold to the public directly through the manufacturers. Good luck.

Good catch-up after a bad first experience. The free shipping on this shipment makes up for it. The problem is that I think there's a problem with the email communication of the order status. The 1st time I received several extremely contradictory emails about my order and now I've received 2 emails on the same day 3 hours apart telling me that my order has been dispatched. I am very satisfied with the processing of my order, but I was only lucky to receive the parcel when it was delivered. The parcel did not have my full address on it. The postal worker found me in his database and then reached me personally, otherwise the parcel would have been returned. So only with a lot of luck.

Rubbish. Utter, unutterable rubbish. Their internet stock levels are a fiction. Their emails re unavailability do not agree with the items they actually send nor with later emails they send. When they do send something, they send the wrong items. Perhaps next time they should make sure the guide dog is awake when picking stock how an American landing craft can look like a Tiger II I don't know clever German camouflage I suspect. Avoid this firm like the plague. My advice is to buy from (external reference) in the UK. I will from now on.
