Very good collection of products and good prices but if the products are in stock they should not take 1520 days to be delivered.

I ordered from 1001 Model Kits however my invoice came from 1001 Maquettes. The 7-9 day promised delivery schedule was not met the items advertised as being in-stock were not in stock. Response time for customer service inquiries was 2-3 business days this is very poor. I would not order from this company again nor would I recommend that anyone else do so. I cancelled my order which was never delivered. I did receive a full refund upon request.

A great model site to find all the scale models you want. Well-designed drop-down menus and search box make it easy to find what you're looking for. Fast, accurate delivery. Perfect! The only drawback: the dimensions of the objects are not indicated on their description page. Even if you know that a truck is 150 scale, it's hard to imagine the dimensions.

When ordering, it was not clear that delivery could be delayed due to the inclusion of a previously unnamed supplier. If you pay in advance, you want to be informed more precisely, especially as fraud via the Internet is increasing (I have already paid without receiving the goods, even on e-bay). So I will take a closer look in the future.

I placed an order on July 24th for the products marked""in stock"". After a few days I was told that I had to wait for delivery from the suppliers...??!!!? On August 1st I was told that my order had been dispatched (by Collissimo, which I paid for to be delivered in 4 days). Today, August 06, I still have nothing! For your information, I ordered on a competitor's site on the same day, with a few minutes' delay... I received my order 4 days later (even though they're abroad). This is the second time I've ordered from you and I've already had problems the first time (1 month wait). So this is the last time I'll be ordering from you. I don't think you care about a small customer in today's booming model-making market, but I'll take the liberty of advertising you in the model-making forums and at the many exhibitions that I've attended.

I emailed them and they said they would attempt to find out more about the item from their supplier. After 2 weeks I heard nothing back. I decided to go ahead and order it since it was only 10 bucks(very good price) and it turned out that it was what I was looking for. The tracking didnt update during shipping but thats not really the company's fault.

Emails were responded to with generic ""we will let you know when we receive a status"". After 45 days I got a refund. They processed my refund timely, so I suppose that's a positive? Now I missed my uncle's birthday, and will have to order from scratch from somewhere else. Don't order from here if you have a deadline to mee!

Hello I received the models I ordered within a very reasonable time. However, I would like to point out that the models made in Eastern Europe are of poorer quality than those made in the West, as are the explanations, which are still very vague.

I found this site almost by accident I must say that the package arrived to me quite immediately! without any problems. Very satisfied!

After placing an order I was told that the item was not available and was correctly refunded the amount paid. So very reliable. However, it would have been even better if I had known in advance that the item was out of stock.
