Nearly 10 days after the order still nothing received after more than 2h30 of telephone waiting enamelled of several hang-ups to the systematic nose one deigns finally to speak to me by making me well understand that I e them ..... Unacceptable sales and delivery behaviour. Ghostly after-sales service, abusive shipping costs, in short, a seller to be avoided. Pay him preferably with paypal in case of problem possibility to open a dispute is to hope for a refund If the package is lost. With paypal, if a dispute arises, the seller must provide proof of shipment. However, 1001 shipments seem to be random and not their main concern, so taking a few precautions is essential, and it's not over yet. After 2 complaints, 1 phone call and 1 e-mail, they promise delivery but forget to say when. I'm afraid I've invested too much and never receiving my model seems extremely risky.

Their response was ""It appears that two of the products you have ordered is unavailable and unfortunately we do not know when it will be again. Following your request, we will refund USD 48,49 on your credit card or Paypal account.""At no point did I ask for a refund nor was there ever a refund! I ended up having to open a Paypal dispute that was escalated to a claim which I was awarded the money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE RETAILER-THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS AND THIEVES!

The requested material arrived in excellent condition in proper packaging. A few days longer than necessary for delivery but this I think is the fault of the national postal service. In any case 101 models is highly recommended!

A few days ago I posted a comment here telling my case and as they had kept my money they replied to the comment saying that they would check the status of the refund. NOTHING AT ALL, THEY STILL HAVEN'T REFUNDED MY MONEY.

Great value for money motorcycle model purchased unobtainable in other sites good product even if I thought it was already assembled! only problem: delivery timing not due to the supplier though..too bad because it was supposed to be a Christmas present! I feel completely deceived. The models they sell do not indicate the size, I bought one of an airplane I paid almost 50 euros and when they sent it to me the plane was 8 centimeters long. Also if you want to return the product they do not refund the money but give you a voucher which is completely illegal. In addition to the above the delivery of the package was not made within the stipulated time but was delayed. A disaster I will never buy from them again.
