Delivered on time and without problems

I placed an order on 12012014regorally paid with bonificotutti products available!!a oggi (0102) mi vedo cancellare un prodotto perché non disponibilelo same that still remains available in the catalog..e io ho aspettando quasi un mese per poi vedermi modificato l'ordine..non ho parolespero almeno in un rimborso visto che sono andati oltre a tutte le condizioni di vendita pubblicate sul sito.

All good except for one thing and that is that it took a long time to receive the package + 15 days.

A truck must have driven over it (see attached photos!). You can no longer build a model from this kit! Since I paid in advance via paypal including the transportation costs, I expect a delivery in proper condition. What happens now? I expect a reply e-mail from you immediately. Payment for an available kit was accepted 9 days ago then no more news. Solicited by email no response. What are they up to? This behavior is unacceptable: they collected the money where is my model?

Hello, since you're asking for my opinion, here it is: I'm surprised that I haven't received my order yet, since I've placed orders for similar products on other sites and they've already been delivered. On the other hand, I'd like to congratulate you on being much quicker than your competitors when it comes to direct debit. However, I hope that I'll be delivered, even if I won't be taking legal action for a small loss.

The items would be sent to their US location and then mailed out from there. They stated that the process to arrive at their facility would take 7-9 days. Already being frustrated with being lied to I emailed the company on day 10 to find out the status of the order. Their response was ""It appears that two of the products you have ordered is unavailable and unfortunately we do not know when it will be again. Following your request, we will refund USD 48,49 on your credit card or Paypal account.""At no point did I ask for a refund nor was there ever a refund! I ended up having to open a Paypal dispute that was escalated to a claim which I was awarded the money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE RETAILER-THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS AND THIEVES!

The requested material arrived in excellent condition in proper packaging. A few days longer than necessary for delivery but this I think is the fault of the national postal service. In any case 101 models is highly recommended!

A few days ago I posted a comment here telling my case and as they had kept my money they replied to the comment saying that they would check the status of the refund. NOTHING AT ALL, THEY STILL HAVEN'T REFUNDED MY MONEY.

Great value for money motorcycle model purchased unobtainable in other sites good product even if I thought it was already assembled! only problem: delivery timing not due to the supplier though..too bad because it was supposed to be a Christmas present! I recommend using courier directly and not postal service that then turn over anyway the delivery to the courier and the time is longer even if the shipping costs are a little expensive.

I feel completely deceived. The models they sell do not indicate the size, I bought one of an airplane I paid almost 50 euros and when they sent it to me the plane was 8 centimeters long. Also if you want to return the product they do not refund the money but give you a voucher which is completely illegal. In addition to the above the delivery of the package was not made within the stipulated time but was delayed. A disaster I will never buy from them again.
