Very pleased with my purchase, would like to make a recommendation. I would like to recommend that you update your site with the box art of the item I purchased. I know this going to sound anal retentive, but hear me out. The box art for the land rover kit I bought shows a different version of the WMKI land rover. Airfix has a new cover for the kit which shows the new version of the land rover. I realized after receiving the kit that I already had the kit. Looking at the kit closer I can make it the older version. Now I admit I should have paid closer attention to the kit I was buying (ie kit number). I quit pleased with the service and kit itself. Just recommend updating your site so there is no confusion for other customers int he future. Thanks you.

the shipping service is very economical and I really liked the packaging box because the package does not suffer at all because when buying elsewhere sometimes the boxes are damaged or even the products are broken. nothing more thanks.

There's a wide choice of models and paints (I haven't tried the customization kits yet). All paint colors are available. Shipping is fast, with no extra charges.

only one comment: the parcel had the exact dimensions of a standard letterbox. Dimensions so exact that it had to be twisted to get it out of the letterbox. Fortunately, that's what parcels and model boxes are made for, so the bunches weren't damaged.

Hello As mentioned in the title, the service is impeccable and fast. Enormous choice on the site (good stock management and availability, even for special brands). I put 4 stars and not 5 just for the choice of delivery person. I would have preferred to have the choice of a private courier such as TNT or UPS rather than Colissimo. I have far too many problems with La Poste, whether it's for business or pleasure. (Incidentally, a box of figurines was dented, without any serious damage to the contents, proof of the lack of care taken by La Poste in handling the items).

I'm happy to have come across this site for its seriousness as well as for the quality and delivery times.

Everything is very correct, the delivery times and condition of the goods are met, but the method of payment without synchrony in the acceptance gives some repelus seeing the times that run.

Do you really want my opinion? ...........................Here it is, and this is the strict truth !!!! I will simply detail............( the history of my orders..........number of 2.............uniquely.........I was going to say fortunately......) I won't look for the dates, let's get to the point. So I place an order for miniatures and receive my parcel on time (at least that.......and well packaged), but when I open it all I see are mock-ups !!!! I contact them and they tell me that they will send me back the products of my choice for the same value as what was ordered..................except that the postage and packing for my return and the return of my parcels were at my expense !!!!!! A few months later I sent a message on the occasion of my second order saying that I wanted to start again on the right foot by forgetting and that I did not hold rigor ..................I order 3 models at 172nd I receive my package and on opening one of the three is at 176th !!!!! ...........withte model in the 172nd and the photo of the box on which is written"" 172nd "" !!!!! I contact them and they tell me that there's not much difference between the 172nd and the 176th !!!! I reply that I only ride the 172nd and that I know very well that the 172nd and 176th are not so similar................correctement ...... I then receive an e-mail telling me that I'm being offered 7 E on postage for my next order.....................Bravo !!!! happy to have found a model motorcycle that suits me and happy with the service because after 4 days this model was at home. But to my surprise, there were no instructions in French, and I don't speak Chinese or German or English, only FRENCH. After inquiring with the service, I was told that the instructions and drawings were clear enough for assembly. Que Nenni. I don't understand a thing. So why sell a model in France if you don't have the instructions in French? Even with a discount and free postage (given by the complaint department) I won't change my mind. I don't order from this site any more and I don't do anything else.

I received two thunderbolt P47 canopies and they were crushed! I couldn't get them back to their original shape. I received these pieces wrapped in bubble plastic in a paper envelope. It would be better to send them in rigid cardboard packages. What recourse do I have to obtain the canopies in good condition? This incident may not be your fault, but your packaging deserves to be improved.
