Poorly packaged or previously damaged! Outside box had no damage, inside model box had damage. Makes me believe this model was damaged before shipping. Broken railing on model. Unacceptable when this was planned to be gifted!

The order is processed without any problems and shipping is fast. However, I find € 490 shipping costs for decal sheets which are sent in an envelope very exaggerated. Other items that have to be sent in a parcel have shipping costs between 890 € and 1090 €. In my opinion, this is also far too much when you consider what the postage actually costs with dhl

Since I have been ordering model kits on the Internet, it has never happened to me that these kits are not complete. I have ordered 2 x the model Dzialo Szturmowe AT -1 from Mirage Hobby. Both model kits were delivered without tracks and decals!!!!! In future I will only order from other suppliers

I will never use this company again. The goods have still not arrived after two weeks. Instead there are newsletters with models with Nazi symbols and tanks from the world war. If the package does not arrive within 4 days, I will ask for my money back.

Very wide choice, but very high prices, very high shipping costs and not very fast delivery. To be used only if you can't find it elsewhere ... the only case in which you agree to pay for everything.

I ordered a yellow Fleischmann Shell wagon after requesting confirmation of availability by email specifying the color and marking of the wagon - confirmation of ""dispo"" - Received a silver wagon with no relation to the one ordered - Nothing to do to obtain a refund n of the purchase - Customer service only there to not answer Absolutely avoid this seller The 2304 - Following response from 1001 maquettes indeed they offered to return the wagon I c""At your expense and with file opening fee of 3 Euros"" This is how 1001 maquettes assumes its errors! Le 3004 - Following 1001 Maquettes' last message, I contacted customer service again, who agreed, after discussions, to a full refund of the purchase price and reimbursement of the cost of returning the non-compliant item. So as far as I'm concerned, the dispute is over. I'd just like to point out that the purchase took place on March 21. So if I keep just one star for the review (very bad first experience, but I'd like to point out that Customer Service has always been very courteous on the phone), I'm withdrawing the ""A FUIR - dishonest store"" to say ""You must insist that they take responsibility for their shipping error"".

I had booked express delivery to receive the parcel within the week. I didn't hear from him for the whole week, and it was only the following week that I received an e-mail telling me that my parcel was on its way. So I received it well after the 4 to 6 days I'd expected when ordering. I sent an e-mail before receiving it to find out why it was late and why I had received duplicate e-mails with errors in the automatic e-mails (one sentence did not appear correctly). I was waiting for an explanation. I received a few lines of reply with no apology, no explanation and, above all, no answers to my questions. So I sent another e-mail and I'm still waiting for an answer. This company doesn't manage after-sales service and customer relations at all. I'm very disappointed. I'd read some good comments, especially about deliveries, but apparently not everyone is on the same page.

Virtually unprotected packaging (a small piece of crumpled kraft paper insufficient to protect the miniature during transport. On unpacking, I see that the car's windscreen is broken. I wrote to 1001 maquettes...who merely offered me free delivery on my next order..... even though this was a standard commercial offer (I had already received an e-mail to this effect before delivery!). In short, deplorable service. And the customer service email was not signed and had no telephone number. TO BE AVOIDED

They offer a lot of good things that you can't easily buy elsewhere. There is something for everyone, but unfortunately the store is based in France, which is noticeable in the delivery time and payment.
